Delete Messages for a List of Email Addresses

Archiver now supports the ability to delete messages in bulk using a list of email addresses. This update is designed to help teams efficiently handle GDPR and CCPA compliance requests.

Instead of deleting records one by one, authorized users can remove multiple customer records at once, saving time and streamlining the compliance process.

Reach out to your Account Manager if you would like to add this permission to one of your Archiver roles.

Download All Emails for a Search

November 14, 2024

Users can now download all emails returned from a search, allowing for more precise data retrieval. This feature makes it easy to export just the filtered results of a query, rather than downloading every message associated with an email address or mobile number.

Increased Password Strength Requirements

August 20, 2024

To further improve account security, the minimum password length requirement has been increased from 9 to 12 characters.
