Viewing Activity / Event Data

If your Archiver account has the event data feature enabled, any engagement with each message will be displayed in this section. For example, opens, clicks, spam complaints, and unsubscribe requests.

In the List View of search results, any event data associated with a message will appear in the Activity column. The column will appear empty for messages where there is no event activity.

Hover over the activity dots to see more details.

Or, in the Message Details view, find any event data under the Activity section.
