In the List View of search results on the main search page, hover over the Sent Date of a message to see a pop-up with message details.

In the List View of search results, show additional message details and a full-size view of the message by:

  • Clicking on the Magnifying Glass Icon,
  • Pressing the Enter key, or
  • Double-clicking the selected row

Campaign Details

The Campaign Details section will contain the metadata details of the message.


For email, details include:

  • Campaign Name
  • Recipient
  • Sent Date
  • Sender Email
  • Friendly From
  • Subject Line
  • Any other campaign metadata and/or custom filter values set up for your account

For SMS, details include:

  • Mobile Number
  • Sent Date
  • Short Code
  • Any other campaign metadata and/or custom filter values set up for your account

Campaign Activity

If your Archiver account has the event data feature enabled, any engagement with each message will be displayed in this section. For example, opens clicks, spam complaints, and unsubscribe requests.

Download, Delete, Print, or Resend a Message

Your user account may have permissions that allow you to Print, Delete, Download, and/or Resend messages from within Archiver.

If you do not see the icons in your Message Details view and require such permissions, please reach out to the Administrator of your Archiver account.


Viewing Options

Click on one of the four icons above the email preview to see how the email may appear in full screen, desktop, mobile, or tablet views (in order of icons from left to right). Mobile and tablet views are based on the average screen size most widely used for mobile devices. Note that content may display differently on some mobile devices than how it appears in the application.


This feature is only available if it has been enabled for your user account. Please check your profile to see if you have this feature enabled. If you need the ability to click on links within archived messages, please reach out to your Administrator and they will need to request this permission by sending an email to support@sageflo.com.

A few important notes regarding clicking on links within messages:

  • Only click on links when necessary. Any clicks on links within Archiver will count as a click by that customer when your Marketing team views campaign reporting.
  • If you have this feature enabled and run across an error like below when clicking on the link, right click over the screen and select Back to be taken back to the message preview. From there, right click over the link again, and select the option to Open link in new tab. The error below occurs for website that do not allow 3rd party websites to display links from your site. Opening the link in a new tab will resolve the issue.
