Resend an Email
From Archiver, emails can be resent to the original recipient's email address, or a different address.
Note, access to this feature requires the following conditions:
- Resend must be enabled for your account
- The role you are assigned must have Resend permissions
- Some roles may permit you to resend to the same email address, but not a different email address.
You can learn how to view your user permissions here. If you feel you have the wrong permissions, please reach out to your Archiver account Administrator.
In the List View of search results on the main search page, click on the Resend icon next to the message you would like to resend.
Or, in the Message Details view of the message, click the larger Resend button.
A confirmation popup window will appear. You will have an opportunity to resend to the original recipient, or to a different email address by clicking Send to different email.
Note that the option for resending to either the same or a different email address is dependent on the permission settings of your Archiver user account.
