Searching SMS Records

If your Archiver account includes the SMS feature, your team can also look up SMS messages sent to a given customer, using several different filters. Archiver will return a list of all the messages that have been sent to and stored in our environment that fit within the filtered requirements.

Note, access to SMS lookup requires your account to have the SMS feature enabled.

SMS Records Search

To search for SMS messages sent to a customer, click on Records Search from the top menu options.
