Custom Filters

Your Archiver account may include custom filters. Any such filters will appear under the filter drop-down as well as in the Advanced Filtering section.

Custom Filters

A custom filter may be set up as a:

  • Unique identifier that can be combined with other search criteria including email address or mobile number. Examples include Loyalty Number and Customer ID. The result set will include records with a match on the combination of all search criteria.
  • Unique identifier that ignores all other search criteria. This option can be helpful for identifiers that you prefer to override any other criteria. Examples include Unique Coupon Code, Order Number, or Locator Number.
  • Dependent identifier that must be searched in tandem with a unique identifier. Examples of dependent identifiers are Product Code and Marketing Code.

Custom filters require set up within your Archiver account, as well as within your campaign HTML or campaign/SMS dashboard settings in order to work properly. Reach out to your Sageflo Account Manager to request the addition of any custom filters.
