Download a Message
Note that this feature requires a user role with download permissions.
Learn how to view your user permissions here. If you feel you have the wrong permissions, please reach out to your Archiver account Administrator.
From the Additional Options Menu
Click the Additional Options menu icon (three vertical dots) at the far right of the search fields bar.
Click Download all emails to download a ZIP file containing the html files of all emails in the results set.
In the List View
On the selected row in the List View of search results, click the More Options icon (three horizontal dots) to open a dropdown. Click the Download HTML file button to download the selected message.
In the Message Details View
In the Message Details View, click the Download icon to download the html file for the selected message.
