View Personas
Archiver provides the ability to view representative customer journeys for specific customer segments, or Personas.
Note that this feature requires the Persona feature to be enabled in your Archiver account.
If you do not see the Personas option in the top menu bar and would like to have this feature enabled, please reach out to your Account Manager at Sageflo.

Viewing Personas
Click on Personas in the main menu at the top of the page.
This will bring up the Personas screen. Click on the Choose a persona dropdown to see Persona options. Select a Persona from the list.
Personas are set by account administrators who have Persona creation permissions. Personas can include segments such as Frequent Purchasers, Loyalty Customers, Lapsed Customers, or other custom segments.

Search Filters
You can narrow the search results by applying filters.
Click the Search Filters icon to type in a subject line keyword or select a campaign filter.

Click the Date Range filter to change the date range.

Persona Search Results
After you select a Persona, a list of messages will populate. When you click on a record in the list, you will see a preview of the email to the right of the results.

Each result row has two buttons:
Will expand message details | |
Opens a menu with additional options, including printing the email, opening the message in a new tab, or downloading the HTML file* |
*These features are dependent on the permission settings of your Archiver user account.
Customer Journey View
Click the Show Customer Journey button to toggle between List View and the Customer Journey View.
